Commercial & Additional fees
Commercial use of the artwork must be agreed upon beforehand by the commissioner. However, clients can come back and purchase the rights for digital or merchandise if they wish to do so. Commercial commissions will be prioritized before personal use commissions.

I, the artist have the right to use the work for my portfolio (with watermark and low quality).
Clients cannot claim ownership of the artwork meaning claiming yourself as the illustrator of the work I drew.
Clients must credit the artist properly.
Disclaimer: For any future PHYSICAL merchandise creation. If clients were to make merch out of my concept design (both original or upgrade from a previous drawn model), the client would need to purchase the x3 merchandise commercial fee for the original concept design, and THEN you can order from other artists to reproduce the design as merch.
For agencies, all purchases will be under the x3 merchandise commercial rights fee.
Extra fees
All commission is allowed up to 3 changes; after that, there will be a 10$ fee per fix.
I, the artist, am allowed to post all personal work online. If you don't want me to post the artwork on social media, there is a 20$ fee. For commercial artwork, the client can determine if I can post the work or not.

Let Alice do her magic option (30$): This is a bonus option for those who are open-minded with design. I am trained in professional concept design. Therefore, I can confidently design anything. This option is for me to create a design that I think best suits your character. You can tell me up to 3 details which your design must have; however, no more than 3 because restrictions would hinder my creative flow. I will then ask you about the character's background, personality, and your favorite anime style or character you would like your character to be. In summary, I'm making an OC to my liking, but you can have it. You are allowed 3 changes, after that, it will be 20$+ per fix.
Normal custom character design option (400$). I will create a character based on your description. This is just for the design fee. The complexity of the character will be charged differently. This custom fee allows you to have up to 15 changes: 10 during sketches and color test, 3 after lineart and base color, and 2 times after the final draft. Please try to condense all the changes into 1 long paragraph

How to prepare your references
For those who already have a VISUAL reference of the character, you can just send me the pictures directly via Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Devianart, or email.
Please compile all the references into 1 LARGE FILE. It can be a pdf, google doc, word file, or most preferably a google drive folder.
Please provide me with the pose and facial expression you want the character to have. For poses please include VISUAL references if you have a specific idea, or else you can just describe it to me.
If you wish for me to freestyle the character, please provide the character’s personality and I will choose the most perfect pose and facial expression that I think is suitable for your character.
Please note that you CAN’T ask for another pose if you want me to freestyle. If you have a specific pose in mind then please tell me so beforehand.
For those who want to order custom characters please provide me a well-written description WITH VISUAL REFERENCES!The information that I’ll need is:

Payment
All prices are in USD. Please calculate the cost in your respective currency on your own before requesting.
Transactions will occur through PayPal and Zelle. You can either send me your email for an invoice or send the money directly to my PayPal email. For Zelle, don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
The client is responsible for any type of transfer or international fee. This is why friend and family transfer is highly recommended.
All transactions must be made UPFRONT starting the commission UNLESS your total is more than 400$, then you can choose to do 50% before the sketch, and 50% after the base color is applied.
For all personal commissions, the transaction will be made via friend and family transfer. I've had my fair share of people starting a dispute right after getting their finished artwork, and Paypal refuses to help. Furthermore, you will be able to save on the transfer fees. If this is your first time commissioning and the total of your order exceeds 300$, I allow the first 25% of the price to be paid via business transfer.
WAITLIST: You can reserve your slot by paying a nonrefundable fee of 30$. This fee will be counted towards the final payment, but the fee will not be refunded if you cannot proceed with the transaction. This system is made because I will close my commissions once I have a set amount of orders. If I were to save you a slot, and you don't want it anymore, I could be losing potential clients. So be very sure when you want to purchase a waitlist slot. This 30$ wait slot fee will only be effective for 3 months; you will LOSE your waitlist spot after that period. If you're purchasing a commercial commission piece, the waitlist fee is 60$.
Refunds are not accepted

Term of services
Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights. Click here to learn more about buying the commercials rights
I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a watermarked, low-quality version for safety purposes. I have the right to include my artwork in artbooks, editorial projects, and selling prints, (previously commissioned or not) unless I'm informed beforehand. There will be an added fee if the client does not want me to post the work on my social media.
Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)
Even if they bought the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.
The client must credit me (@AliceVu134) as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is showcased.
I have no interest in NFT (Non-fungible Token). Please do NOT use my art for any NFT related reasons.
I will be prioritizing commissions by first Rushed, then Recommended/return clients, then Commercial art, and lastly Personal use.
Payment must be paid 100% beforehand. There is an option for a half and half payment, but it only works if your commission is 400$+
BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! (unless you have paid for a rushed fee). Working time can range from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on the queue.
You can text me to check how the commission is going every two weeks, not every two days!!! I know how you feel, but please try to understand how I feel; Imagine if you are being nagged by 5+ people constantly every day.
I will try to provide updates as soon as possible, but don't ask me for updates please; I will be the one who contacts you first.
The client will have 3 free revisions (changes) during the sketching process, and one on the base color; Other than that, there will be a charge (10$+ per change).
When I am working, I will sketch 4-5 commissions all at once; So, this will give you more time to think about all the fixes you want to make before I start on the line-work.
